Structural building elements production
This year, FRIZ shows an interlinked production line including a slat glueing machine PUL 900 and moulder to produce raw door frames. The angle-shaped profiles are then wrapped on a profile wrapping machine PUM 120 with the new slot nozzle working bottom-up. This newly developed slot nozzle type allows glue application on the bottom side of the laminating material and is thus perfectly suitable to process strip material. Moreover, it offers all the advantages of a closed system referring to handling of different glues.
New glue spreader machine - one solution for two glue types
An absolute novelty in surface laminating is the new FRIZ glue spreader. This favourably-priced machine concept allows processing of both PUR hotmelt and PVAc white glue with one machine.
Another highlight is a completely new glue and laminating procedure. Thanks to the combined innovative strength of a glue supplier and machine technology, a concept was developed which offers very attractive features referring to bonding characteristics, application quantities and price. The result is simply remarkable.
Wrapping plastic profiles
In this sector, the newly revised automatic primer station is presented. It ensures a precise primer application tailored to suit the individual needs and thus contributes to considerable cost-savings. Due to its special design, it is an independent unit which can be added to any profile wrapping machine. The primer station is shown together with a profile wrapping machine for plastic profiles Optimat PUM 120/30/DK.
Opening hours are daily from 9 am to 5 pm. On Wednesday evening, FRIZ invites to an international buffet during which the guests are given the opportunity to discuss their impressions in a relaxed atmosphere and live music.
