The flexible flat laminating line- now with new combi glue spreader for PUR hotmelt and PVAc white glue.

Modular laminating line to laminate flat substrates e. g. MDF, chipboard, honeycomb board, multiplex, multilayer board, plasterboard, OSB, plastic or components for sandwich panels.

The surface material can be processed in form of sheets or rolls, e. g. high gloss foils, CPL, HPL, veneer, decor paper, aluminium.

As glues, both PUR hotmelt and PVAc glue can be used alternatively. Depending on the application, you may use the advantages of both glues –both cost-effective and flexible.

Flexible flat laminating machine FKW 100

The basic version of FKW 100 consists of:

infeed conveyor with brushes and workpiece preheating
glue spreader machine with application roller, wheel-away into cleaning position. Glue application quantity can be precisely measured and it is possible to reach application quantities of only 40 g/m².
Lay-up conveyor with inclined tray, for manual placing of the cover layer onto the substrate.
pressing calender to press materials. Optionally equipped with unwinding unit for roll material.
outfeed conveyor

The basic version can be expanded flexibly using options from the modular construction kit.
