At present, these solutions are only successful when coordinated and optimally functioning control equipments consisting of data communications network, machine technology, handling, organization and logistics are offered at the machine operators' benefit. We offer product-related services for our machines and plants to satisfy the needs of our customers. The aim of these services is the optimal service support for the customers and all their HOMAG group machines. The services combine the individual advantages of the service offers (teleservice, inspection, maintenance, initial equipment) and adjust these service to the machine requirements.
	Teleservice - fast and effective By means of remote diagnostics more than 70 % of all disturbances can be solved without having to send out a service technician. Via modem we connect our Service Center online with the machine control. Then your machine can be remote-controlled, diagnosed and influenced in its functions by us - like by the machine operators themselves. Und this even during production! 	On site service - directly on your premises Specially trained experts ensure an optimal production cycle right from the commissioning. By very intensive controls, early detection of failures due to wear and a detailed on-site counseling, downtimes are avoided, operating costs are minimized and conservation of the machine value is guaranteed.
